Management system
ACCIONA Inmobiliaria has introduced a management system which integrates the economical, technical, legal, environmental and social aspects of the company, based on its processes and oriented towards the continuous improvement and pollution prevention.
The management system established has been audited by AENOR, according to the requirements of international regulations ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004, obtaining the certification of the company both in the management system an in the environmental management system.
The scope of the certificates obtained covers the promotion of real-estate properties (design management, construction management and delivery management), as well as the administration of real-estate patrimony.
